The Ascension Has Begun

It is darkest before the dawn and the dawn is almost
here. We are moving ahead at warp speed. 2004 will
experience amazing, rapid changes in evolution with
barely a time to catch our breaths. We have been
experiencing a massive cleansing within ourselves. Anything not
of the light is being revealed and pushed to the surface for
release. So much lower vibrational energy is now
surfacing, that we have been feeling enveloped in
darkness. But at the same time, an incredible brilliant
light of the New World is emerging. Many are sensing at
a deep level that the worst is nearly over. I have been receiving
continual visions of a brilliant light filled world of joyous,
happy connected people. Energetically, it appears as a
lifting up from a dark muck or sludge into bright light,
blue sky, joy and happiness. It looks like a completely
different world. It is just on the horizon.

The Concordance brought in continual light. We are now
immersed in it. It is HERE. It is surrounding us. It is
causing this massive cleansing. This is an incredible
time. Some are experiencing this purification as intense
pressure or stress (remember, we are adjusting to a much
higher frequency, and we WILL adjust). I have been experiencing
severe panic and anxiety attacks and feel as though I am being
completely dismantled. Being extremely sensitive,
psychic and very open, this has been quite a dramatic
experience for me. But know that everyone will
experience the ascension process in their own way, according
to who they are. And know as well, that some of us signed up to
go first and show the way for others. This was a ?pre-birth?
decision. All is in order.

Some are having bouts of emotional release and crying.
Some are experiencing depression. This is all simply the
darkness on its way out. As it is moving through us, we
are in it, and thus, feeling it. Know that it will pass.
Know that through this is the other side and it is more
beautiful than you could ever imagine. Some are releasing through
the dream state, with wild, vivid dreams. One of the most
prevalent feelings for me has been one of a loss of
sense of place. The Old ways, the Old patterns, and the
Old world seem to have vanished. In going back to them,
I feel I don’t know where I am, and that Old energy
feels extremely uncomfortable to be in.

It is NOW all about creating the New. My own personal
survival has been dependent upon continually focusing on
a New World, a new higher way of being. We need to reach
for visions of a world that we have not yet experienced.
We need to focus on our most joyous imaginings?..not
what we feel was possible to create in the past, and not what we
have EVER experienced before in this lifetime. We must go
BEYOND. Remember, we are now in the fifth dimension. We
can create as never before. We have been creating and
living as though we are still in the third dimension.
And at the same time, our old beliefs and how we have
been vibrating in old lower vibrational patterns, are
creating what is on the outside as well.

The ascension process is taking substantial amounts of
fuel. For the past 18 months, I have been experiencing
what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. With this
recent phase of intense cleansing, I even have to get up
in the night to eat. Unusually slender for all of my 49
years, since June, I have gone from my normal 118 lbs.
to my current 138 lbs. Getting used to a new body has been an
adjustment, but knowing it is just part of the process
has given me much more acceptance of it.

Many will begin feeling a loss of identity. We are
rapidly losing our defense patterns and behaviors we had
developed for survival in the Old World. They cannot
survive in the New, and remember, they will not be
needed here. The good news is that, as I have mentioned
many times before, we will retain the ?gold nugget? of who we are?..our
gifts and talents, our passions, our contributions we
came to make. As all this old identity falls away, more
and more of our true divine selves are beginning to
emerge. As it is surely dying, the ego becomes afraid
and this can manifest as fear. Know that the divine you is
being unveiled and is here to stay! The purity of our soul’s emerging
is becoming predominant now. We are beginning to fully
embody our greatest light.

I recently read an incredible article by Celia Fenn and
Archangel Michael (which you can access with her
permission at www.starchild.co.za/crisis.html ). She describes in
detail the many symptoms we are experiencing relating to
the ascension process (and even why we are all waking up
between three and five a.m.!) It brought great validation and
comfort for me, and hopefully will for you as well. As I told her,
?I am having concerns that I might not survive the
ascension process?, she assured me that I would, and
that there IS an end. And now I can assure you of the
same.

In looking at the ascension process from a higher
dimension, much is clear. There are no mistakes here.
All is in divine right order. As much as I feel I am
suffering at times, I can also see very clearly that I
am completely being taken care of and watched over. I have
been placed in situations to allow this miraculous transformation
to occur. It is almost as if a place and time has been set
aside specifically for me to experience this. I can also
see that I will be a very different being after going
through this process. As for all of us, a butterfly is
emerging from the cocoon. We are all becoming
BUTTERFLIES. It is a beautiful sight which brings tears to my eyes.

Some are creating situations that are supporting them in
creating balance. Even though we are evolving through
our dramas, and they are just a scene in a script, I for
one, think they feel very real. We are human beings with
feelings and emotions. We may think we have created
something we would never want, but the outcome may be far greater
than we could have ever consciously created. Yes, our souls
are guiding our journey. We are being stretched and
cleansed by way of these dramas. We are greatly loved
and divinely protected through this time of transition.
My daughter who is due to have a new little being in the
spring, just received some surprising news. She is all
about girls, she is most comfortable with them, relates well,
comes from a family of single independent women, and so on. She
has predominantly experienced the feminine energy in her
life. I sensed feminine energy around our new little
being as well, and so, we were of course resigned and
thrilled to be having another girl?..after all, we were
so used to girls! Well??much to our complete surprise,
as we were all present at the ultrasound, our new little
being turned out to be a BOY! We were shocked. (But of course, my
son-in-law was ecstatic?..) My daughter could absolutely
not relate to having a boy, and felt something must be
terribly wrong and there must be some ?mistake?. But
here is the good news. This little boy is an amazing
being and absolutely not like any human being I have
ever encountered. He embodies the masculine and feminine
in perfect balance. He is all about LOVE. He is an
incredible cuddler and extremely affectionate. He is here to bring
people together. His father is African American and his
mother is fair haired and blue eyed. Not only will he
bridge the races as his sister has also come to do, but
he will be a bridge for all humans and he will do it
through love. The thrill his father has that he is male
will bring the two of them together. He will model to
his father the new male. He will also bring together even more
closely his father and mother. He just LOVES. He is a peacemaker
and a lover. And in this, my daughter (and I) will
experience the new male, and she in turn will be more
open to male energy. All is perfect. And another example
of something far better than we could have ever imagined
on our own. And the name they had chosen can be used for
a male or a female, so they didn’t even need to change
it! Now, we are more excited about having a boy than we were
about having a girl??..The earth is balancing as well. Here in
Asheville we have experienced unusual days of 73 degree
temperatures, and then a sudden drop to a 23 degree high
for several days. These extremes are instances of polar
opposites striving for balance.

Intent is very powerful now. Very powerful. We are
existing in a frequency of near immediate manifestation.
We have not been trained to live in this higher
frequency. We will be learning to train our minds?..to
become aware of our thoughts. While in the desperate throws of a
panic attack, I made an appointment with my doctor for some
medication. I was desperate for some relief, and all the
alternatives I had been using were making little bits of
progress, but barely. After I returned home from the
doctor, I phoned my mother. She remarked at how much
better I sounded, and how quickly the medication must
have worked. I hadn’t taken any medication! The power of my intent
that there would be relief had created it completely, with no
medication. I am currently experimenting with using my
intent and examining by beliefs, to make this ascension
process a completely joyful one for me in all ways.
After all, I am the master, aren’t I?

My sister-in-law and dear friend uses her intent on a
daily basis. She intends what her day will look like,
she intends all joy and ease when she travels, and she
frequently plays a game. She makes a declaration that
the universe show her that all is lining up for her. As
proof, she asks to be shown a car with three 7’s in the
license plate. Immediately, a car will drive by with three 7’s.
She then asks for three 4’s. Immediately she will see a car with
three 4’s. This occurs without exception. She can always
manifest the perfect parking place in a crowded parking
lot. Why not use our new abilities to create the world
as we want it? Why not continually envision our grandest
scenario, our most passionate desire? Can we see past
the ?falling away? and into what is being revealed? What
is really here now? Yes, we are in the fifth dimension.
We have arrived. Now, we need only create it.

THE SHAUMBRA SYMPTOMS Twelve Signs of Your Awakening
Divinity

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back.
This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as
the “Christ seed” awakens within. This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are
releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes
the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the
experience of moving from a house where you lived in for
many, many years into a new house. As much as you want
to move into the new house, there is a sadness of
leaving behind the memories, energy and
experiences of the old house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good
and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old
energy within. This too shall pass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you
change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry
about finding the “perfect” job or career right now.
This too shall pass. You’re in transition, and you may
make several job changes before you settle into one
that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your
biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic
cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released.
It will appear as though you are drifting away from your
family and friends. This too shall pass. After a
period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if
it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in
the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights
between 2:00 to 4:00 a.m. There’s a lot of work going on
within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a
“breather.” Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep,
get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry
about humanly things. This too shall pass.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase
dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the
old energy within, and these energies of the past are
often symbolized as wars, running to escape and
boogeyman. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded.
You’ll be “spatially challenged” with the feeling like
you can’t put two feet on the ground or that you’re walking
between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions
into the new energy, your body sometimes lags behind.
Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy
within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased “self talk.” You’ll find yourself talking
to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering
away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a
new level of communication taking place within your
being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg
with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and
they will become more fluid, more coherent and more
insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving
into the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others.
You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the
desire to “flee” groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are
walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the
feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is
difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings
of loneliness are also associated with the
fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on
all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for
them to back away so you could fill your space with your
own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will
be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ
consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little
or no desire to do anything. That’s okay, and it’s just
part of the process. Take this time to “do no-thing.”
Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall
pass. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to
shut down for a brief period of time in order to load
the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new
Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult
and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a
deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and
return to Home. This is not a “suicidal” feeling. It is
not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want
to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or others.
There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root
cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your
karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this
lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while
still in this physical body.

During this transition process, you have inner remembrances of what
it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist
for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to
take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy?
Yes, indeed, you could go Home right now. But you’ve
come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would
be a shame to leave before the end of the movie.
Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the
new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who
has taken the journey from the old energy into the new.
The path you’re walking right now provides the
experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New
Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be
at times,
remember that you are never alone.
