Well this week has been hectic as well as a good week. Friday I gave my wife a lot of cash – part of what I owed her. She took a little out and we went out and about all weekend to Columbus, the Bombers game, out to eat, etc. Sunday night she went to get more dollars out of the envelope and the envelope was gone. No one had been in the house except for us and L and Jamie. We have searched high and low for this money – even looked through the trash and let me tell you that was a chore to get through when most of it was frozen!

We aren’t sure what to think though – there was a lot in there and have narrowed it down to only two possible people who could have taken it. Very sad to even have to think that but it is hard when you think you can trust people in your home and you want to trust people and then they betray that trust yet again.

Other than that my wife told me what she got me for my birthday. She was hoping it would be here in time but things are slow coming from Israel. She hates surprises so she told me anyway 🙂 She bought us the matching bands we saw online that read in Hebrew – Ani L’Dodi V’Dodi Li – which is from Song of Solomon and translates into “I am my Beloved’s and my Beloved is mine.” She is so wonderful and sweet 🙂

So then we finished our movie and headed off to bed and had mind-blowing sex and then fell asleep in each other’s arms. I am always so relaxed and safe in her arms.

I have to work on my bday tomorrow unless they cancel the meeting – crossing fingers! If they do cancel I am taking the day off.

Thank goddess we didn’t get the 10 feet of snow we could have gotten this week! On a positive note I am now in love with Krispy Kreme glazed donuts when they are hot! They melt in your mouth!

I did tell all my family if they want to get me something for my bday to get me gift cards to Fashion Bug! Since last winter I went from wearing a 22 to a 12-14 (can even wear XL and they are big on me!) and this way I can throw out my old wardrobe and get all new stuff! Of course working from home does have its advantages – I can work in my PJ’s most of the time or nothing at all.
